Investment Fund

A term loan ranging from a minimum of $5,000 up to a maximum of $150,000 ($250,000*);
Interest rate based on the Bank of Canada prime interest rate plus 4%, depending on project and guarantees;
Down payment: a minimum of 10% of the total project cost (with a maximum of 25% in the form of assets);
Maximum repayment term of 15 years, depending on project and guarantee;
Guarantees: personal guarantee and life insurance. Other guarantees may be required;
Project evaluation fee of 1.5% of loan amount requested, with a $400 minimum;
Annual administration fee of $300 or $50 in the case of a second loan.
*If the loan is of an amount between $150,000 and $250,000, the following additional criteria apply:
The project has a real impact on community development;
The project must create or maintain a minimum of 5 jobs;
The business must operate in an industry prioritized by the two MRC covered;
The project must include the participation of a financial partner.

Investment Fund

Prêt variant d’un montant minimum de 5 000 $ jusqu’à un maximum de 150 000 $(*250 000 $).
Taux d’intérêt établi selon le taux préférentiel de la Banque du Canada majoré d’au minimum 4 %, selon le projet et les garanties.
