Term loan ranging from a minimum of $5,000 up to a maximum of $25,000;
Interest rate based on the Bank of Canada prime rate plus 4%;

Maximum repayment term of 7 years, depending on project and guarantee;
Guarantees: personal guarantee and life insurance. Other guarantees may be required;
Project evaluation fee of 1.5% of the loan amount requested, with a minimum of $250;
Annual administration fee of $100.

Down payment: a minimum of 10% of the total project cost (with a maximum of 25% in the form of assets);
Maximum repayment term of 15 years, depending on project and guarantee;
Guarantees: personal guarantee and life insurance. Other guarantees may be required;
Project evaluation fee of 1.5% of loan amount requested, with a $400 minimum;
Annual administration fee of $300 or $50 in the case of a second loan.
*If the loan is of an amount between $150,000 and $250,000, the following additional criteria apply:
The project has a real impact on community development;
The project must create or maintain a minimum of 5 jobs;
The business must operate in an industry prioritized by the two MRC covered;
The project must include the participation of a financial partner.

Investment Fund
